Over the years I’ve learned that creating a team where everyone gets to be powerful involves paying attention to the different personalities in the room.

For our own growth and the health of the teams within which we work, it is important that we commit to the process of maturing.

When something painful happens it’s important to reflect, asking questions that promote understanding not blame.

Whatever gift you have been given, steward it well. With care, integrity and vision for the good and growth of those you lead. 

Courageous leaders are not frightened by reality neither are they phased by it. They would rather know than not know.

Servant-leaders understand that whilst the ultimate destination is perfection, today’s goal is progress.
